Det har været et dejlig ophold i Rom. Hotellet havde nogle fine faciliteter. Desværre fik vi ikke vores morgenmad oppe på tagterrassen. Der er en god udsigt over Rom by. Der står der under hotellets vejledning, at flere seværdigheder er fra kort gå afstand. Benytter man sig af buspas, så vær' opmærksom på om det giver adgang/ entre til alle serværdigheder som buspas skriver i passet.

I have to admit , this is a different kind of property , not for all , very unique , the location is great , the staff were friendly, the rooms are what they show online , hard to describe but functional , comfy bed , the heat pump is very noisy in my room 637 should get serviced for a good night sleep , the shower which I prefer to take would not be everyone cup of tea , does the job , lots of hot water which is important to me , roof top view are beautiful at night Great value for the money , I enjoyed my stay Marc Canada

Das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht. Unser Zimmer war toll mit schöner Aussicht und auch die Betten waren gut. Leider ist das Hotel so dermaßen laut, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Außerdem ist bei Buchung über Expedia nicht ersichtlich, dass der Pool nur für Erwachsene/ über 18J nutzbar ist. Obwohl dieser immer reserviert wird und man also alleine hineingeht wurden die Jugendlichen (13J/15J) nicht erlaubt. Das war eine riesen Enttäuschung, da wir extra ein Hotel mit Pool gewählt hatten. Sollte bei Expedia und generell klar deklariert werden.

Overordnet set er det et godt hotel med venligt personale. Hotellet har en god beliggenhed med en lille gå tur til centrum. Vil dog gøre opmærksom på at i beskrivelsen af hotellets faciliteter ligner det at pool og spa området er inkluderet i prisen det er det dog ikke og er en dyr omgang. Vi blev ret skuffet over dette ikke var inkluderet da dette var noget vi blandt andet valgte hotellet ud fra.

Propreté de la salle de bain douteuse (traces de pourriture dans la salle de bain Pas de café dans la chambre, alors qu’il s’agit d’un quatre-étoiles. À mon grand étonnement, l’annonce prévoyait un spa à disposition. L’hôtel nous a demandé un supplément de 45 € par personne. Le site n’a jamais fait mention du paiement en plus.

This property was very well situated for walking into the city. However, we booked on the basis of there being outside seating and a roof terrace. Thi swas not open and there was building work going on att the time we were there which we were never offered any apolgies over. The lifts were small yet were dominated by staff and builders taking cement up to the top floor which did indeed break one of the lifts. I have a leg injury but was forced to climb multiple flights of stairs to get to my room. The gym facilities which we used were small and the air con was not working. They also smelt, as did the spa which we viewed but decided not to pay the extortionate extra charge for to use the pool. All in all a disappointment.

Great location & friendly staff

Fantastic location, lovely friendly staff. Hotel located 12 mins walk from the Trevi fountain 12 mins walk from the Spanish steps and designer shop area, 35 mins walk from Vatican City. Clean room, nice views of the city. Fantastic roof top terrace which was open some of the evenings with skyline views of Rome. Lovely location. Very good value

The hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful. Place was in a good location. My issue was with hotels.com. I reached out as the price shown on expedia and other sites was considerably less than what i was charged thru them. They refused to help. I will never use Hotels.com again.

Location was very good. 15 min to spanish steps.5 mintues to park. It was a bit pricey for what they offered. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included for that price. Also, beds weren't really queen sized. More like 2 double beds. The gym downstairs were only 2 machines and it was inconvenient to use. I had to ask a staff to come down and open door. Spa portion of gym wasn't included but it was just a small pool and a lounge chair. Would not pay for spa there.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Es war nett gemacht aber hatte kein Fenster und wirkte in die Jahre gekommen. Würde das nächste mal lieber ein AIR BnB nehmen.
