Great hotel near Florence airport for early morning flights. Tomasso was super checking us in and we received our room earlier than promised. Also “Bosa” ( that was her nickname I think) was an excellent server in the restaurant for a quick dinner for an early night. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety and fresh.

I can’t fault our stay at all. Staff were friendly and very helpful organising us a breakfast box for a very early tour. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. A member of staff even made us a fresh squeezed orange juice. The hotel itself was incredibly close to a tram which provided excellent transport links. A great stay, would recommend.

It was well located; there was a metro station very close by for a quick jaunt into the heart of Florence for the afternoon and a short drive to the airport for our early morning flight. The biggest surprise was dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu provided plenty of options and the food was delicious and nicely presented.

Okay but would not stay here again

The hotel needs maintenance, the tub was clogged, the bathroom glass was broken causing water to leak. The front desk staff were not as friendly as in other hotels we stayed at in Italy (mainly IHG hotels). The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants were very nice and friendly.
