Booked because price was appealing, however unless you book direct, there is a £20pp fee to use the spa facilities which bumps the price up anyway. Room was ok, confortable but very Premier Inn like. Customer service terrible. Rooms were dated and facilities were two star. Was asked to pay £40 for a swim. That was after paying £200 for a basic room. No Smart TV - unbelievable. Hotel overpriced and over rated.
