J’avais réservé une chambre à 2 lits pour ma mère de 85 ans et moi même. Lors de notre arrivée à la réception, on nous a indiqué que notre chambre avait été attribuée à quelqu’un d’autre, mais que nous avait donné une grande chambre avec deux lits en deux places. Qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre ou un lit était bien fait. Oui mais l’autre par contre laisse vraiment à désirer. Lis non fait, couette juste posée, draps non repassé, c’est une honte

Hôtel très propre, presque digne d’un 4 étoiles. Certains membres du personnel sont particulièrement agréables : deux dames au petit-déjeuner (la plus jeune et l’autre) ainsi qu’un monsieur, probablement un responsable, tous très souriants et professionnels. En revanche, au moment du check-out, j’ai été déçu par l’attitude de la réceptionniste J’avais besoin d’une facture pour mon entreprise, elle m’a simplement répondu que “ça s’envoie automatiquement”. Comme je connais bien ce type de service, je n’ai pas eu envie de lui reparler et je suis parti. Heureusement, j’avais conservé le ticket reçu à l’arrivée ce qui m’a suffi. Dans l’ensemble un hôtel que je recommande pour sa propreté et son confort.

Pour un trois étoiles, la salle de douche est minuscule, il manque une cafetière, il n'y à même une bouteille d'eau à disposition. Le mobilier est succins, c'est dommage car l'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique.

The receptionists were very nice, friendly, and welcoming and it has a nice restaurant called Bomba on the ground floor. The room was comfortable and breakfast was fine. Will definitely choose this place again if I ever visit Martigues in the future.

A fuir . Pas du tout le standard d Ibis

Fuir .... Impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin car restaurant en dessous ( pas le restaurant de l'hôtel ) et toute l'équipe de réception est au courant de ce problème mais continu à louer ces chambres. Il y a marqué restaurant lol .... Mais il y a que 4 pizzas surgelés . Douche moissie voir photos. Grand lit : fait avec 2 matelas côté a cote ...qui glissent ...du coup trou entre les 2 Pdj : assiette en carton et tasse en carton uniquement en carton .

Décevant ..

Nous avons attendu 40 minutes pour boire un verre le soir .. qu’on nous a servi dans des verres vraiment inadaptés ( parce qu’il n’y avait plus de verres ) Un personnel de soir très jeune et je pense avec peu d’expérience , qui étaient complètement désemparés face à la clientèle nombreuse .. pas suffisamment de personnel pour assurer un service convenable ! Et le matin lors du déjeuner, pas de couverts ( il n’y en avait plus ) et pour les œufs brouillés il faut revenir plus tard ou bien arriver les 1 ers afin de pouvoir se servir .. il manque vraiment de personnel et cela se ressent sur le service et c’est très décevant ! L’hôtel étant à proximité de salle de concert ..pourrait faire en sorte de mettre du personnel à disposition en fonction des événements organisés dans la ville.. Nous ne serons pas les seuls à donner un avis médiocre à l’hôtel .! Et surtout on ne nous demande absolument pas au départ si notre séjour s’est bien déroulé ..
