Great Location

Pleased with the staff, genuinely friendly, helpful, respectful and courteous. The hotel could use some upgrades and repairs. But it was generally clean and comfortable. The area was convenient and worked well for our stay. Our disappointment was in the pool, which in my opinion, needed a good shock treatment to clear the water. It was cloudy, with a green tint and we chose not to use it. The hot tub, which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, was not in working order and there was no notice of this when we booked.

A great stay

Absolutely delightful stay. The quarters were bright, clean, roomy, everything worked (TVs and internet these days are more complicated than it used to be with hotel stays!) Quiet, the continental breakfast was plentiful and hot. We had a great stay!

Great stay, nice people

Clean and well maintained property; comfortable room/bed. Outstanding breakfast offering!! Only one issue and it was quite humorous to me: there is a great amount of "stinkbugs" coming in from the window area. My comment to the wife was to not look up at the ceiling. Theyre harmless and I noticed them in other businesses nearby...just the onset of warm weather.

I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was never around when we needed something and I tried calling to let them know we had checked out early, and just kept getting hung up on. The bathtub was disgusting. Our room was never made over. Our remote didn't work and when I went to the front desk, she told me to find the housekeeper and let her know.

We're locals,but like staying here occasionally as a small get away. Enjoy the indoor pool and spa. Staff is always helpful and nice as well.

This place was gross. The beds had white stains on them, the bathtubs had foot-shaped dirt stains, and the mini fridge looked as if it hadn’t been touched by housekeepers ever. I was incredibly disappointed. Not to mention the “staff” included only young girls (literally one was 14 years old).

I was disturbed that I had so many ladybugs in my room-actually crawled on me, all over bathroom counter, lamded on and fell into my open soda can. When I mentioned this at check out the very nice desk clerk informed me they have been having issues with them. It would have been nice to know ahead of time if they were already aware!

Nice and clean. Hotel staff super nice!

Easy check-in and rooms were clean. Nice to have breakfast at the hotel! Beautiful mountain scenery right outside the hotel. Super close to downtown Rogersville. Hotel staff was super nice and accommodating.
