Stinky and dirty.

Place is rundown and FILTHY! It’s dirty, it stinks. They have not painted or replaced carpet in over a decade. They only paint the outside of the building. The pool looks like a cesspool. It’s a dump charging regular prices. Need to lower the price if it’s going to keep being a dump.

The hotel is extremely run down: peeling paint from the walls, rust on the door frames and sprinkler heads in the pool area. The gym was closed "sorry for the inconvenience." In the room: There is rust around the bathtub drain, nasty looking toilet, dirty carpets, trash under the pull out couch and crumbs when we opened it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were hard and some of them were dirty. The chair in the room looked like it belonged in the dumpster. The faux leather was crumbling apart. The breakfast food was tasteless and overcooked. The juice was actually water with dye and a little bit of sugar. The cream cheese tasted horrible and the bagels felt like bubblegum. The photos of the place are definitely NOT what you get. This hotel may have been beautiful once but it is not so today. I would have asked for a refund if I could.

Locked out, blocked parking lot

We had an incident where we were locked out of our room for nearly an hour. This required the attendant on duty to contact the manager for access to “special tools” needed to service the lock. The manager had “left to the store” and when she arrived she didn’t bother to acknowledge us or apologize for the incident, but eventually did fix the issue. When she was done she very dismissively walked away. Additionally, there was a vehicle parking in the driveway that allows access to the main parking lot area (including handicap spots). Come to find out it was this same manager’s car the whole time.

Nice place

Stayed a couple of day during a road trip. My wife and I did some sight seeing. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, shower had good pressure, and staff was quite pleasant. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Building was old. Our room had bad smell. Beds were not comfortable. Bed sheets weren't even white. Floors were dirty. We had to call for towels. The pools floor was brown and gross. the water wasn't even clear. As shown on the online pictures.

The hotel itself could use some improvement. Toilet was broken so we had to lift the lid every time we needed to flush. Comforters were stained with dried blood that had not even been washed, there was cracked tile throughout the bathroom and the curtains were broken. Fortunately, when we asked for new bedding, we were given clean sheets. We asked to switch rooms, but the one they moved us to was even worse, so we opted to go back to the original room we’d been given. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was fine. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
