It was a nice ocean view. But in one of my rooms the shower did not work and the toilet flushed slow. In the other room there was no hand soap, lotion, shampoo, or body was. There was dirt on the side of the sink and the cabinets were dirty with old cereal.

Very shop worn overall in terms of the motel itself and the room. Dingy. The $ 30.00 "resort fee that you have to pay upon arrival is a joke. It is a rip off from start to finish. The room itself was clean. A balcony and good location. The toilet was clogged. The motel has ONE toilet plunger for the entire motel. The furniture is very worn and dingy.

Yes. Yes. First off, we get there, floors are dirty bottles and trash left on balcony. Couch has stains all on it. Toilet was hard to flush, had to keep pushing button, finally it would go down. Tv' wouldnt work. Went down 3 or 4 times. Someone came twice, didnt fix it. Said sent someone again, but noone came.

At this price point, you have to set certain expectations for yourself. This is not a 5 star hotel and it was good enough for a weekend away with my family of 3. The biggest detractor does come from the cleanliness. There was an old cigarette butt against the baseboard in the living room area that I find hard to believe that cleaning people could miss. Additionally, the handles on the dressers were awful so I'd bring Clorox wipes but overall, I've stayed there before and I will again.

I had to change rooms due to couch bed wouldn't come out. My daughter found a whole bottle of Taylor port in her room. My draws in the kitchen needs cleaning bad. Table in my room totally broken. Heat in bed room just ain't it and that thang makes ro much noise. Condom found use in my baby girl room. I deserve a free stay. I paid a good amount of money for the 3 rooms. House cleaning ppl needs to do much better

To begin this is our 6th stay at this hotel and our last. Although the front desk made it right, we were initially put in a room that was well under expectations. The elevator was down when we arrived so we had to carry all our things up- luckily to the 2nd floor. Aside from the floor not being swept, the dresser was pulled out from the wall, the microwave was missing, and the tvs did not work or have remotes. We spoke with front desk and the man was going to get us remotes, but only after my wife asked for another room, they were going to make us stay in squalor. The couch was filthy. There was a used lotion bottle in the floor and pee in the commode. We had to pack up all our stuff again to move to another room which was actually clean and liveable. A couple nights later, after Thanksgiving, we went out, it was very cold, and our room key would not work. So we had to wait with our pizza to have that situation handled. I am glad they made it right, but, you can do better. YOU MUST DO BETTER! Regardless, we won't be coming back.

Upon arrival, there was a nkte that said assisting another customer and had a cell number to call, be back in 10mins. I walked outside towards the boardwalk and was approached by the guy working the office from a side street. Was put in room 410. New COX cable boxes were installed and the one in the bedroom didn't have the correct power supply (old single round plug, new box was USB-C) Told front desk. Shower wouldn't produce hot water, just very lukewarm. If you cut the handle on all at once, you would get one sudden burst of hot water and then it was gone. Sink water had steam coming off it. Told front desk the following morning to add for maintenance to look at, was told they would be in at 0830. Left for about 4 hours, came back and checked. No power supply, no hot water. Was told to let it run for 20mins.... still no hot water. Was moved to room 409. Beds were old and hard, pull out couch was bent in the middle. Had hot water and TV, toilet wouldnt flush correctly. There was a Pepsi can in the toilet tank, that had been there for a while. I removed it and got the toilet working correctly. The owners or managers were great in attending to the issues, but wow....
