Great hotel right off the main street! Not overly crowded since it's not in the malecon area which makes for a more private stay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, very clean room, pool was pristine and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it! Perfect for couples or small families.

The location was good and the staff very nice but the rooms are old, the drain of the shower doesn't work and when we reported it they came with a toilet plunger and that is what they called fixing it, of course it did nothing. No discounts for inconvenience, and the breakfast was very expensive and not fresh. Bread was very old and I even saw fungus in the whole wheat toast.

The staff was super nice. Check in went well. The lobby area is the nicest area on the property. Outdoor spaces were clean and well maintained. I think they are slowly “upgrading” the property. I noticed that some rooms had a nice modern door to the room, but more than half do not. Showers were big and water pressure is strong. The pool was nice and a great for all ages. Here is the BAD. Mattresses are super old and saggy. The bathrooms are covered in mold (around the mirror and all over the grout in the shower). You can tell they never scrub the tiles. The shower curtain was way too short for the size of the shower so water gets EVERYWHERE. You can not control the speed of the air conditioner and they are placed so they blow right on your face when sleeping. Parking is hit or miss. Overall did not feel clean on that property.
