Hot at room!

Receptionist did not really gave us a warm welcome like other hotels. The air conditioning was not functioning inside our room. We have to open the balcony and even to swing the room door to cool down the room. If we didn't do that, the room temperature was so high that we cannot sleep even it was after mid-Sept. Room size is reasonable. Got free parking areas inside the hotel and you can even park your car underground for maximum security. It is a bit far away from the city, if you decide not to drive your car inside the city to avoid the trouble of the Area C charge and high parking fee like we did, you need to take the tram or you have to walk at least 15-20 mins to the nearest subway station. If you want to walk to the subway, you better not to do that during late night since that area is quite quiet and my gut feeling tells me that area may not be too safe at all. Not so many restaurant nearby, but you can find a McDonald's if you walk further up following the main road.

Very spacious room, there were some stains on the couch however, which made me not want to sit on it. Otherwise comfortable. Location was a bit away from public transport, but in a nice quiet part of town, and close to the highway.

This property is anything but a four star hotel, the location was terrible and far away from the public transportation, amenities provided were extremely limited, the cleanliness of the room itself was not up to expectations whatsoever, the shower curtain had dirt on it and the lightening in the room is terrible. However, the room is quite spacious and the people working there were polite

Poor service and dirty beds

It is very bad. The info on Hotels.com is not correct. They do not have bathroom and the cleanness is very disappointing. The staff there was rude and they were trying to charge you much more.

Disappointed

Far from the city, very inconvenient if you don’t have a car. Service was horrible, slipped in the shower asked for a band aid they put me on hold for 15 minutes to then tell me they don’t have any, asked for a first aid kit, didn’t have that either. Beds reminded of hospital beds and cleaners will either wake you up at latest 11am or not clean your room for the day. Cheap and that’s the only reason to book it but disgrace to call it a 4 star hotel based on a hip lobby.
