Great stay. Friendly staff both hotel and restaurant. Good location on the main ave. Carl's jr right across the street and an Oxxo. 20 mg. drive from the airport. Excellent breakfast (buffet style). Good selection of cable channels with Cinemax and HBO included. Decent wi-fi speed. Swimming pool and kids pool but not climate controlled, so it might be a little chilled. Housekeeping available daily. On site parking available. Decent bed and pillow. Amenities available.

Service and food were great. It’s an older hotel that will need to be renovated soon. Something was wrong with pool, it was dirty and it made the rest of property look depressing. If I was in charge I would cover pool until it’s fully repaired and crystal clear.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The toilet seat was too small for the bowl and broke when sat on. There was no hot water in the shower. Bed was super comy though and staff were very nice.

If you are traveling on business and need good wifi, a functional business center, or sufficient air conditioning in extremely hot and humid weather, this is NOT your hotel. While the staff tried very hard and did a great job, the management of this hotel needs some correction. As an international hotel, there were no competent English-speaking staff. So, if your Spanish is not good or you do not have a translation app on your smartphone, you will not do well here. The hotel lobby a/c was set at a very high temperature and was quite uncomfortable. The room a/c had a filthy filter and was stopped up and dripping a lot of water on the floor. Wifi was not functioning most of the time. The business center had two computers and a non-functioning printer that the staff could not fix. Additionally, the a/c was not set to a comfortable temperature either. Whoever is rating this hotel as "Very Good" is apparently not accustomed to good business hotels.
