I’ve heard of not so go experiences and have had my own La Quinta experiences that have lead me to not want to stay yet I gave the Mt Laurel location a shot and I am so impressed and glad that I did. The lobby and rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Our bathroom was a bit rough looking with pieces of grout missing, some pieces on the floor, and moldy around the tub. Overall, the bathroom was in need of upgrading. The fitness room equipment was also a little beat up as well. Our stay was just ok.

Taye C at the front desk was wonderful but the hotel is absolutely filthy. Signs indicate it is going under a renovation but the property could still be cleaned well. Floors in my room were not swept and were sticky, faucet in bathroom was broken, elevator was filthy, among so many other things. Wyndham customer care was useless and I will never stay at a La Quinta again.

The staff was nice and the property wasn't bad. My room was okay. The bed had a dip in the middle and the walls and floors are thin. You hear everything in other rooms. Thank goodness the property wasn't that booked. Some areas was cleaner than others but not so bad i couldn't stay in the room. I just had to pull out the clorox wipes. Loved they had a samsung tv so i could stream from my phone, and there was a fridge and microwave.
