Very nice hotel just a few minutes walk from Taormina's main street Corso Umberto. We booked a room with a balcony and had a fantastic sea view. About a 10 minutes walk to the cable car that goes down to the beach Lido Di Mazzaro.

The hotel is very nice and has amazing views, do yourself a favor a book a room with a view it's so worth it. They provide complementary items, like shampoo, lotion, shaving kit & cream, body wash, waters and drinks. It's 4 min walking distance to the center of town close to shops and restaurants while still being a quite area and they have amazing service. A thousand percent recommended.

Taormina is beautiful. This is a gem of a hotel. From the stunning views from the pool to the fantastic varied and tasty breakfast. The concierge staff were all so brilliant and happy to help. Will return to Taormina. And will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in wonderful location. Very clean and well maintained. Pool area nice , but pool water too warm. Breakfast room was gorgeous and lots to chose from. I loved the proximity away from town a bit but still walkable. Views from pool were nice. Did not like some of staff who were a little snooty. I don’t respond well to attitude. I didn’t let it bother me and enjoyed my stay. Would happily return.

Ok for what we paid.

Overall ok for what we paid, but would have been very disappointed if we had paid full price/peak season rates. We booked a last minute off season deal and probably got the worst room in the hotel. We had a window in the room, but it opened up to a wall and it was situated next to the hotel ventilation, so a constant noise when the window was open. It felt/smelt a bit like you were in a basement room. Bed/pillow was so so. Breakfast was good for Italian standards, served at the 4th floor, so it was a really nice view.

위치는 더할 나위없이 좋아서 걸어서 다니기에 너무 좋았습니다. 주차는 발렛을 이용하였고 가격은 비싸지만 친절했습니다. 객실, 부대시설,직원들의 친절도 등 모두 좋았으나 단 한가지 조식은 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 바다가 보이는 전망좋은 식당이긴 했는데 그에 비해 쥬스나 과일,빵등의 퀄리티가 떨어지고 종류도 적어서 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 좋은 점이 훨씬 많은 호텔로 다시 찾고 싶습니다.

Excellent stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Splendid and were sad to leave our beautiful room and the amazingly kind and helpful staff. Ivana was especially helpful, but we enjoyed everyone. When my fiancé required medical attention, they called a doctor for him. The room was small but lovely, especially the balcony with the gorgeous view! The location was great. We can’t wait to return.

Incredible Visit

This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Front desk was exceptional! Ivana made everything easy and provided detailed information about what to see and do. This is a beautiful property, and we had a beautiful room!! However, the staff is the best part about this property. They are kind and helpful. All the staff is great. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it very much. Hope to return.

Hotel muito abaixo da classificação, procure outro

O hotel é decadente, quartos com ar condicionado sem funcionar. As camas são todas de solteiro que juntam e nem colocam nada no meio então fica um buraco no meio da cama. Para conseguir dormir e depois de muita reclamação colocaram uma máquina de ar condicionado de chão, mas que também não funcionava, fazia muito barulho e tinha que deixar a janela aberta, gerando ainda mais barulho, sol dentro do quarto e etc. com certeza é um hotel que não recomendo, tem opções melhores em Taormina. As fotos do hotel e a recepção enganam, pois os quartos são um lixo. Falando de limpeza, o quarto não tinha limpeza embaixo da cama sempre muita poeira. Isso poderia ser classificado como uma pensão. Mas um hotel nunca. O pior hotel que já me hospedei e o pior arrependimento que tive na minha vida foi escolher esse hotel. Estou voltando de um lugar mágico como a Taormina com uma sensação péssima de ter sigo enganado e prejudicado com a cobrança desse hotel que não funciona. O ralo do banheiro estava entupido , quando vc começava o banho já ficava cheio e não baixava rápido. Além disso um outro grande problema , a acústica do hotel era terrível , vc escutava todas as portas do hotel baterem de dentro do seu quarto.
Muita poeira em baixo da cama.
Não limpavam o quarto.
Camas claramente duas de solteiro com divisão.
Ar condicionado velho, não funciona va e fazia o maior barulho.
