My stay was enhanced by the service at the front desk, especially Aman. He arranged by taxis, was courteous and exceeded my expectations. The only disappointment was the selection on the menu for lunch. I would have liked to have seen a simple tomato pasta dish for adults and children. It was far too extractor a lunch menu. I stayed at Stathotels Grand Milan for the Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games 2026. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre and was an ideal location because there is a train station near to the hotel with good transport links. After a long day of sightseeing and attending Olympic Games events, it was nice to come back to the hotel and relax in there beautiful spa and rooftop swimming pool. The hotel also has a gym, sauna and steam room. The hotel serves a delicious breakfast and the staff are courteous and always willing to help. Outstanding experience!

If you travel in business and need some space during a long stay this is great. The pool area and sauna feels very dated, crowded and not very fresh. The breakfast was good, the restaurant is not worth it. Pizza in the room from across the street is better.
