Construction

Actually a nice place, just undergoing construction, which makes it a little dirtier and noisier than I think it would normally be. Plus the water park is closed down too, which we didnt know about when booking online. Fortunately they did have a small pool and hottub open....but they werent super clean (from construction likely) and they was some kind of machine running making a horrible loud noise, so we did use the hottub, but not for very long, because of it. We would stay again, but call first to see if construction is over and water park is open. I think then, it will be a very nice place. Staff was very friendly.

The room was not ready when I arrived at 4:45. I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned even though check-in started at 3 PM. Additionally, the room cost $250 and was definitely not worth that amount. I would say it was comparable to a $125 room.

No Pool

Very disappointed as my kids wanted a pool. The water park closed at 7, and was closed fully the next day. There is no hotel guest pool, only the water park. I would have chosen some where closer to what I needed if I knew all this.

Grandkids and i needed a getaway. This was prefect! Beautiful room, free breakfast, the attached Waterpark was fully enjoyable and the staff were very helpful when asked for help.

Extremely loud guests above us for two nights straight. When I did call, the staff was rude and dismissive. I also think its absolutely ridiculous that you get charged $14 no matter if the water park is open 4 to 8pm or 11am to 9pm. If the park is only open less than half of a normal day, why charge the same as if it were open the whole day?.

If you’re coming for the water park good luck

This hotel is actually a pretty decent hotel. Friendly staff, pretty comfortable beds, clean, that being said, we have stayed here 4 times and never once got to utilize the water slides. They are always broke down or closed early. So the price you pay I feel like is for the water slides, there are other comfortable hotels with a regular pool for much cheaper in Billings. Although not a bad hotel, it was our last attempt at the water slides. Hopefully you have better luck than we have ever had

Very convenient for being right next to the Reef. Our first room has blood splatter in the bathroom, after going to front desk they changed us room. I would say the facility is mediocre for cleanliness, customer service was amazing from check in to check out, the gentleman that was working was amazing.

Not what we hoped.

We were super excited to stay at this locations but were unaware that the swim park would be a separate charge. $14/person without any voucher or discount seemed a bit excessive. Staff at the park were painfully unpleasant.

The hotel is overdue for an update. Toilet was clogged the moment we entered the room. Hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Bathroom door is majorly peeling on the bottom. Drain stop in sink was missing. Beds are very worn. TV remote and controls were not user friendly. Flooring and trim are buckling. Biscuits for breakfast were inedible. Have stayed here a few times throughout the years and it is showing its age. Water park was nice. Would be nice if hotel provided guests with towels to use. Service people were friendly
