Worst hotel I have ever been to. This place makes Motel 6 seem like a 5 star resort. Everything was broken. Again everything and extremely dirty. Fire alarm was missing no lights in the bathroom. Not sure how the Denver health department even allows this place to stay open.

Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel. La propreté est à revoir (sol collant, trace dans les toilettes, poussière importante...). Le logement le plus sale de notre voyage aux USA (et pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficiles..). Infrastructures délabrées et vitre de la chambre cassée. Le seul point Positif est la proximité avec le centre ville (20 mn d'Union Square) et le parking gratuit.

Room had ants crawling everywhere!! found out they were in the bed all over me Changed rooms the door was off. The hinges couldn’t open or close the door no garbage can no towels leaking refrigerator to the front desk. They said they would fix it came back that night. Still nothing was fixed. No towels to take showers the next morning informed them nothing was fixed. Left for the day came back that night again nothing was fixed no towels. Nothing all I got was I’m sorry.

Shower was completely broken and soaked water across the bathroom. Shower rod was hanging down nearly falling out of the walls and a hair tie attached to keep the curtainclosed. While on the phone with the front desk a mouse ran across the floor and they promised to send someone up immediately. Two hours later i called again they said they would come up immediately. No one ever checked on the room and the next morning at checkout they did nothing. Prepaid room. No refund.

The location was great and very easy to get to downtown. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is a budget motel so it is old and the room we were in needs a makeover but it did the job. The staff was very nice and helpful.

we showed up to the hotel and we understood that it was a “budget inn” but the first room we walked into there were two people in there that were startled, so the second room they gave us my girlfriend took a shower and it immediately started flooding the bathroom, the door handle was falling off… Just a bizarre weird experience. Should NOT be open for business.

The exterior of the property has been neglected for years, if not decades. You can tell by the architectural design of the building, at one time, it was a very beautiful property. However, the maintenance has not been kept up. The lobby and the rooms have not had upkeep in years, either. The beds are very creaky. The floors throughout the property are past worn out. Morning staff had an attitude, too that the feeling that I should fortunate that they are their in the first place. Breakfast was just cold cereal, some basic baked goods, and warm coffee. Asked the employee in charge of the breakfast area, who was taking a long break herself, about any hot items, such as eggs. She said she didn't feel like making any eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle mix or any other hot food items, so she didn't. With such losey CSR's and a dark, dirty, dungy, worn out property, I didn't stay the length of my scheduled prepaid booking. Left the property that same first morning.
