Fantastic place to stay in the Ambergris Caye in Belize. Took advantage of several snorkel tours and the on-site kayaking during our stay and everything was wonderful. The staff is kind and the food is fresh and delicious. All of the casitas are lovely and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Gold cart rentals make getting into San Pedro convenient for delicious local food and art galleries.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. There’s a real family feeling here; it felt like staying with people who truly care about your comfort and happiness. The food was absolutely delicious, from breakfast to dinner. You can taste the freshness in every dish, and the variety kept every meal exciting. The chef’s tasting dinner was especially outstanding and quite educational about Belizean food and culture. Another huge plus was how flexible the hotel was with travel arrangements. Whether it was coordinating transportation or adjusting timing, they handled everything smoothly and with a smile. It took so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to focus on enjoying my celebration. Overall, our experience was exceptional. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, feel welcomed, and be treated with genuine kindness, this hotel is an absolute gem. We left with beautiful memories of a fantastic stay!

We had to change our dates due to wife's work and were concerned about US air travel. We contacted the resort and asked to move the dates to March/April. We were quoted a change fee of more than the initial reservation fee. We were then told several times the request was being reviewed. On day we were to arrive, we were told the resort couldn't change. I don't feel like the reviews were in good faith.
