Had a wonderful stay at Ka'ana, highly recommend. The rooms/casitas were fantastic, very clean, comfortable, and the outdoor tub/shower area were gorgeous. Loved the infinity pool and walking around the gardens. Staff was very helpful, and the restaurant was great-great service, great menu, everything we ordered was delicious. Great place to base out of for doing some adventuring around San Ignacio.

I had a great time room was beautiful, plunge pool was mainly hot due to the sun felt like a hot tub which im not complaining about. The misuse was amazing I highly recommend getting a massage from her a great experience. Only thing I'd give 2 stars was the food it was alight, definitely could have been better. I truly have no words for Ka’Ana Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The grounds are absolutely beautiful—lush, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Belize. But what made our stay unforgettable was the staff. The level of hospitality and genuine care we received was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. It was true concierge service, and every single person went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was exceptional. Every dinner was outstanding, and we loved the special touches like fireside s’mores and the BBQ night. Breakfast each morning was equally delicious and consistently exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning a trip to San Ignacio to visit the Mayan ruins, explore the ATM Cave, or experience all that western Belize has to offer, I can’t recommend Ka’Ana enough. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would stay here again without hesitation!!

The hotel is nice with a beautiful garden, but it’s not a good value for money. Everything is extra, including the room coffee which is $5 USD per day, after paying 900 USD for two nights! Breakfast is à la carte and the size is tiny. They charge service fee for the room mini bar. The restaurant is very expensive and does not serve local food.

O ka'ana resort não foi tão bom quanto eu pensava no cafe da manhã ele teve a falta do basico como ovos e suco de laranja. O atendimento dos garçons era muita lento, até na entrada. A comida gostosa, mais o menu não tinha opções varidas para os convidados. O quarto aconchegante para nós, varanda com um chuvero e também a varanda tinha uma banheira, a cama grande e macia para relaxar. O banheiro muito grande e bom.

10/10 experience! Not only was the resort beautiful the staff were attentive and friendly. Any need I had they went above and beyond to fulfill. The resort also was a 8 min drive from downtown San Ignacio which was very convenient. My cousin and I left sad to leave such a paradise. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the future!
