The owner was very nice and provided a delicious breakfast. There’s a small pool but it’s all you need. It’s a close 10 minute taxi ride to the airport, but there’s nothing walkable without having a vehicle or calling a taxi. Room was clean and had a very nice stylish decor.

Last minute booking. Met Dan the owner and he checked us in. Great room, very clean, very comfortable, very quiet. Incredible breakfast made just for us in the morning. They even called a taxi to get us to the airport. Highly recommend if you need a place close to the airport.

This is a well maintained bed and breakfast with excellent service in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to the airport (10 min drive, 30 BZD). Stay here to be close to the airport and away from the noise/crowd of the city. The only downside is the lack of restaurants in walking distance so you’ll have to rely on the somewhat pricey but convenient (and tasty) lunch/dinner at the BNB. We liked the breakfast and the manager Vinny was great at her job!

We felt so relaxed and had the opportunity to rest exceptionally before our flight, after being 8 days in Placencia. The BnB on Triggerfish is soooo comfortable. Everything was impeccable and it is located right behind the airport. The breakfast was great and big enough to start our journey back home. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful BnB! Came for a quick overnight after getting delayed at the airport. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful shower. Wonderful pool onsite with gorgeous iguanas roaming outside. Had a homemade breakfast onsite and it was delicious. Kathy was super helpful calling a taxi for us and arranging transportation to the airport. Wish we could’ve stayed a few more days.

Wonderful host at a lovely property. The road getting to the property is very rough, but once you are there, it is very lovely and worth it. It is also only 10 minutes from the airport, so convenient location. Not much is within walking distance, but the host was very helpful in calling a cab.

The BNB on Triggerfish is a wonderful place to stay, nicely designed and equipped and very close to the international airport. Getting clear directions is important; it is easy to get misdirected by GPS into nearby areas that are difficult to navigate.

Quiet unassuming great BNB

This little BNB was the best overnight stop on our way out to Ambergris. The owners and so friendly and the puppers were great little greeters. Bed was comfy and shower was great after a long flight. The pool was refreshing. Our dinner was just what we needed and the breakfast was enough for us to share, but we didn't. Taxi was sent to pick us up and take us back for our flight. I'd definitely stay here again is we need to before heading to the island.

Triggerfish is a very clean BNB and the owner was so welcoming. Large room and comfortable bed. So quiet and peaceful. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks are offered here. Swimming pool on the deck with bug spray, sunscreen and towels. So close to the airport. The roads are bad but when you arrive at Triggerfish you will see a very updated peaceful, and clean place. I would definitely recommend Triggerfish BNB.

Very Convenient! And Clean

We stayed here as a layover before our next flight to elsewhere in Belize. It was super nice and very clean. We arrived on a Monday and many restaurants were closed and the owner helped us find a restaurant and drove us there and helped us get a return trip back at night. One thing to note is that there is not a restaurant on the premise. We left early so I don't know if there was breakfast included. Coffee was a 'hotel' coffee pod. It would have been nice to have a properly brewed cup of coffee. The airport transport is a local cab which the BNB arranged but had no direct input into. The cabdriver was at the airport on time and very nice. The ride from the airport to the BNB was very short but very expensive. We did mention this to the owner and it came as a surprise that it was so pricey. So beware of that...

Our host Vinny is the standard of what host should be. She was warm, friendly, and accommodating. Also a great cook. The room was comfortable with everything you need and nothing you don't. The pool is the spot to hang out here. Close to the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was so good we're staying there again before we fly home.
