They cancelled our room before we got there and said we did it. The room we were given had the smoke detector removed and one of the lampshades was covered in rust and mold. Not great but it was for less than 12 hours.

This was by far one of the most disgusting hotels I have visited. There were stains and hair on the bed sheets as well as the mattress and walls. This hotel is in dire need of renovations and a staff that cares about the property and it's guest.

Unfortunately, this place was unkept, unclean and run down. The breakfast was limited, but okay. Unfortunately, the tables were not wiped or being wiped down in between diners. The pros were the person that checked us in was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the bed skirt was visibly dirty as were many areas of the room. I’d stay elsewhere!

The pool was green and closed but no indication of such at time of booking. The room had no hot water and the front desk attendant let us test multiple rooms for hot water for showers— housekeeping was washing towels. There were holes in the ceiling in the hallways exposing pipes.

I checked into my room later in the evening after a long drive and found the room condition not safe to support my families medical condition. I returned to the front desk to inform them I would like to check out. I asked for a refund and they stated I would need to call during business hours. I contacted Orbitz to assist and the hotel told Orbitz I did not enter the room and they denied my refund request. This was completely not accurate. This hotel does not work with customers and I would not recommend.
