Somewhat disappointed

Baseboards and floors were dirty. The floors turned our feet black. There were no utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates in kitchen. Entire kitchen cabinets were empty. In order to cook we had to go buy all kitchen supplies needed. It defeated the purpose in getting a room with a kitchen to cook. Oven door would not close. No big trashcan in kitchen. No dish soap. We found a used diaper in the couch cushions. Was stuffy and smelled of strong smoke in the hallways and stairway. Check in was wonderful. Beds were comfy and clean. Centrally located to things to do in St. Louis. Check out was a breeze.

We had a clean, comfortable, room with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a complete kitchen. It was perfect for our family of four. The rooms are not sound proof at all. We heard stomping on stairs, doors slamming, engines running/revving, etc. It is an extended stay, so there are people living there and there are pets living there. Overall, we had a pleasant overnight stay.

The location does not provide adequate safe. The building and the overall environments lack's quality or hospitality. Would not recommends for anyone with small children. A very undesirable atmosphere.

The Staff was Great, But their Hands were tied.

The Managers on duty were Phenomenal. They didn’t have the accommodations needed for our stay. We were given a full size bed and unfortunately our room didn’t have a secondary bed to be used. What we did experience was clean and befitting for someone that was on a solo stay and not claustrophobic.

The phones for the hotel dont work so you cant call them at all. Plus the computer system keeps letting them over book rooms. So when you go to check in. Chances are your room wont be available at all. They even still tried to charge me for the rokm even though there was no rooms available. I would not recommend staying here!

Extended stay because you wont want to leave!!

My family has been staying here for 2 weeks. There isnt anywhere cheap to stay at all anymore these days but this hotel has best prices for amazing rooms. Its set up with small full kitchen containing everything a normal kitchen has. A queen bed and full size pull out couch. Plenty of closet space. Decent size nice bathroom. Big tv with cable. Free wifi. They also offer dish set ups if needed, razors tooth brushes and tolit paper. Also washer and dryers. I would highly recommend and will probably be the only hotel franchise ill ever plan on stayjng at.

Not good.

I can't say much good about this hotel. Front desk initially tried to give us a room that was still occupied. The towels were disgusting, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls were so thin you could hear a normal volume conversation in the next room. We kept the AC running just to have some white noise to try to sleep. Just an awful property and we should have spent the extra few dollars to stay somewhere else.

I had only spent about 10 minutes in the room before running to a gas station for a bar of household size sope and away for about 15 minutes and in that time my room was broken into and everything i had in there was gone including two bottles of beer I put in the refrigerator.

I pulled in there are three cop cars in the parking lot. I go to the front desk and wait for a good 10 min when the desk clerk walked in he was involved with whatever the police were there for. He then tells me the room hadn’t been cleaned and they didn’t have another room because the cleaning staff had been fired. Called Expedia to get it canceled and they tell me they can’t because it’s already in process, but if they haven’t charged your card don’t worry about it. Well three days later my card is charged and I can’t seem to get a human on Expedia to get this figured out.

When arriving, the refrigerator did not work at all. Stayed for 5 days—no way to keep milk or other items cold. After repeated requests from management to please repair, needless to say NOTHING was done. We had to purchase a cooler and keep ice in it to keep refrigerated items in. Upon leaving the establishment on the last day, we had one final conversation with the manager about the non-working refrigerator. He simply shrugged his shoulders in a “too bad, so sad” sort of way. If you are considering this Extended Stay in Fenton, MO, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

I arrived at the property after my daughters game and went to check in… they had given my room away to someone who walked in because I hadn’t checked in. I called before check in earlier in the day and advised them I would be checking in late due to a late game and they said it would be ok, just arrive when I could preferably before midnight. So they gave my room away like 5 minutes before I arrived and then proceeded to fix it by giving me two available rooms next to each other. I went to the room swiped my key card and walked into an already occupied room. How embarrassing and irritating… it was like 8:30 at night and I had a baby on my hip. I just wanted to get the kids settled and in bed before an early morning game. I went back to the front desk and they ended up having the suite I had booked available. They went to check if it was clean and available. Gave me a key card and sent us up. It was clean but the carpets looked gross and the hard floors was slimy like they used set in reused mopped water. Not to mention the hallways smelt like cigarettes and the room didn’t smell much better. We did inspect beds and the beds were clean. It was too late to cancel and go home at this point but I definitely wanted to. Completely disappointing. The last Extended Stay we went to was much better and the kids loved it which is why we wanted to stay at another one. The suites are big enough for all of us to stay together.
