My stay was good... the room was clean and comfortable... the staff were courteous and friendly. The only problem was pet fecies all over the grounds... however... the staff has just implemented a plan to solve the issue. I would stay here again for sure.

There were kids in the hall running and yelling until about 1am. The hinge was loose on my door and I had to slam my body against it to open and close it. The room was nice, it was very clean. I just had a bad door and unruly children on my floor.

The hotel was in a quiet area which was nice! The front desk staff were helpful in supplying everything we needed and were friendly! That being said, there were a couple of issues: a smoke alarm was chirping when we arrived in the room, but the front desk was able to provide a battery that we could swap the dead battery with. There weren’t any pots, pans, or kettles in the room, only a few plates, but we were able to ask for a pot from the front desk. The hallways were a little dirty, but the room itself was very clean. The microwave heated things slowly but did the job. In general, the room seemed a bit older, but it was clean and comfortable so it was good enough for a one night stay!

Somewhat disappointed

Baseboards and floors were dirty. The floors turned our feet black. There were no utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates in kitchen. Entire kitchen cabinets were empty. In order to cook we had to go buy all kitchen supplies needed. It defeated the purpose in getting a room with a kitchen to cook. Oven door would not close. No big trashcan in kitchen. No dish soap. We found a used diaper in the couch cushions. Was stuffy and smelled of strong smoke in the hallways and stairway. Check in was wonderful. Beds were comfy and clean. Centrally located to things to do in St. Louis. Check out was a breeze.

The property appears to be being updated. The bathroom still needed updates but the main room was clean and comfortable. The girl who checked us in was very pleasant. The common areas needed some upkeep and cleaning because I’ve had trouble with extended stay before at a different property and charges, I opted to turn in our keys personally instead of just leaving them. It took 30 minutes and my husband having to go find someone to help the 4 of us that were waiting for something in the lobby. Then he wanted to get mouthy and not pleasant telling me to just leave them and haven’t we stayed in a hotel before? Why yes we have, at a different property and it didn’t turn out so well.

Lobby smelled like cat pee. Hallways smelled terrible. Room smelled clean, but 2/3 smoke detectors were beeping because of low/no battery. Door to bedroom broke apart into 3 sections. Wouldn’t stay w/o working smoke detectors. Expedia couldn’t confirm our cancellation because the hotel phones were down. Now we have to call in Monday to try to get a refund.

The property sadly needs lots of updating

It was a good price in an industrial park so we didn’t expect the clientele to be so poor. The property sorely needs upkeep. The elevator was out of order, the luggage cart said do not use and was falling apart. The room floor was clean and linens clean. However the toilet had a dirty ring in the bowl. The shower was a fire hose and felt unsafe using it. The towel rack was missing from the wall. The vanity doors looked handmade and loose to open. Mattress was okay but sofa bed very uncomfortable. Two nights here were enough. Strange characters in the parking lot. Clerks and reception very friendly.

Keep driving past

I used the app to book and prepay online. Upon arrival, they were not sure which rooms were clean so they guessed a handicap room was clean and available. However because I paid online they couldn’t “adjust” the room type. They called the manager who couldn’t help, walked the property to check if rooms were clean or not and then ultimately put me in one room while listing me as being in a separate room in the computer. As we walked into the room, someone was finishing cleaning/fixing the toilet. A few minutes later, the front desk called to say they were moving us to a different room in a different building so we had to repack our belongings and move. Overall it took over a half hour just to check in. The room itself had dust and dirt on all the baseboards, no remote for the tv so we couldn’t watch anything. The staff was super apologetic and very nice. I blame management for how that placed is ran and looked. I’ll never stay there again.
