The outside of the hotel was filthy with garbage and an abundance of dog droppings. It would seem people stay here a long time.The hotel hallways were visually dirty (walls and carpet) and there was a SOILED large Qtip on the hand sanitizer dispenser. The room appeared clean. The bed was comfy. We slept and left.

The room was disgusting. Blood on blankets. Dirt smeared on walls. Pullout bed had crumbs and food. The check in area and the room itself smelled so horrible. Amanda, front desk apologized, stating she could not refund because I booked through a third party. Hotels.com says they cannot refund, the hotel will need to refund because they already have the money. I didnt even stay. I was in and out of the property in 5 minutes trying to find somewhere clean and safe for my children to stay.

The receptionist was very gracious and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough. The wall outlet beside the bed was smashed in, and the lamp only worked on the high setting. The bathroom door had been “fixed “very badly. There were dust bunnies on the floor of the bathroom, and the whole room smelt just off. Breakfast came with the room, and consisted of either small packets of instant oatmeal or a granola bar. On the whole, I would not recommend this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk service was extremely lacking, the room was dirty, uncomfortable bed, the shower had a cracked floor that can pinch someone, the surrounding area did not feel safe, and zero instruction on checking kitchen supplies out.

Bed was ok definitely not the worst bed I’ve slept in. The bathroom floor was somewhat dirty. Only main issue I have is that they have issues with hot water. Wasn’t mentioned at check in nor when I had to go to the front desk to get large towels. Would have liked to have been told this, instead had to take cold shower.
