This hotel had a great view of the ocean and the mountain side. Very good location- walkable. The hotel restaurant was great - Italian breakfast. Lots of areas to rest and relax with amazing views. The only set back for us was the bathroom- the shower was extremely small. Not much toiletries. The room was very basic but clean. The king bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind.

Very good hotel! Even in the off season. When it says limited parking it does mean LIMITED as employees take up half the spots. You can still park for the same price and they will pick up your car and drive it to their extra lot, you just need to give them an hour notice if you want your car.

Check in and out was easy and the staff were friendly. Easy 5 mins walk from the centre of Sorrento. The room was nice and clean with a good balcony and ammenities. Could do with maybe a kettle and coffee or tea and some pictures up for a more comfortable feel but that doesnt detracked from what is a good room. Breakfast was excellent, great staff service and a choice of a hot breakfast, pastries, drinks, fruit etc. All in a good hotel in a great location.

Originally we chose this hotel because it did have a parking option. The parking lot is quite small but we did have no problem getting a space upon our return from exploring each day. We found this hotel to be absolutely charming and beautiful The room was spacious and clean. The bed linens were very nice. Bonus - the huge patio overlooking the water directly off of the room. Stunning views all around. The hotel rate included breakfast daily, which was very nicely presented and abundant. We absolutely loved this place and would return in a heartbest. Sorrento is wonderful and the food is beyond great.

I loved the location as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Beautiful view from our balcony. Room was big but seemed kind of empty. Fridge was very small. Would have been nice to get water every day. And we did find it a bit loud. But overall it was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well.

We had a really large family room with 2 bathrooms - it was much larger than expected. The breakfast was lovely. The swimming pool was small but perfect to cool off. Downsides were that our room looked on to a wall and had no balcony so it was very dark - not really a pleasant place for us adults to sit once the children were in bed. The storage wasn't very good - there were no draws at all and hardly any hangers so we had to live out of the suitcases for the week which made the room cluttered as we had 4 and so we needed to leave open on the available surfaces: sofa/table/dressing tables etc.

Noise was the biggest issue with this hotel. Soundproofing between rooms was non existent and lots of street noise. The room was extremely basic and you practically share the balcony with your neighbour. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent! We left Sorrento 3 days early as it was not our scene at all. The reality of Sorrento is not a sophisticated Italian resort but instead packed with British tourists on cheap airline flights fighting for tables at the British Pub or Irish Bar. Too many tourists meant no seats on any ferries out to Capri or Amalfi Coast and no spots available on buses to Positano and surrounding towns. We were there last week in September. We loved Florence, Bologna, Venice and Rome but Sorrento was a massive disappointment.

Overpriced review for underwhelming facilities.

Hotel entrance was really nice however room was disappointing as the photos showed rooms that were up to date. The room needed painted and was dated. The bathroom needed freshened up as shower Unit was old and a bit grubby. The general feel of the room was dull as no view as such. We did ask to change rooms b it had no availability. Pool was small but clean & excellent view however there weren’t enough beds for the number of guests,some beds extremely uncomfortable to lie on. The decking needed upgrading. They do supply towels for the pool and towels for room changed every day which was good but cleaners missing finer details. Breakfast was fine. Small selection of cold meats/cheese/rolls/cereals etc. Excellent location & would stay again purely because of location but facilities let it down as needs freshened up & modernised. Didn’t feel it was worth the price.
