We had a clean one bedroom one bath. Kitchen had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove oven and coffee maker. The pool was clean and adequate. Our hosts, Jane and Ariel, were very helpful. The complex is located just a block or two from the center of town and was a short walk to the beach.
