Near Termini

Loved the breakfast and the staff were always nice, didn’t like the mattresses and termini is not a very nice zone to stay although there are options to eat and purchase cheap souvenirs!

Hotel room was really small, we asked to be moved as the room was barely big enough to walk round the bed. The bathroom and wardrobes were on a different level to the bedroom s the floor space was so small.

Our room was ready early so we got a chance to drop our luggage and recuperate after a very long travel day. The hotel is walkable from the train station, so we could avoid needing another mode of transportation although the area around the train station is necessary to be alert. Lastly, our family room with another room with beds and a second bathroom (amazing) for our kids gave us plenty of room - more than we ever expected.

Lovely hotel close to what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. We were woken at 7:30 by the cleaners coming into the room and not realising that we were in the room asleep.

Adorei o atendimento, desde da recepção ao café da amanhã. As pessoas são gentis, e a comunicação foi fácil. A localidade expecional perto do centro histórica e da estação. O que deixou a desejar foi o ar-condicinado, devido ao calor, não tive muita autonomia em relação ao controle de temperatura e a limpeza do chão e a roupa de cama, poderia ser melhor. First time in Florence: 2 women, 1 teenager. They were in heaven with place: closer to the train station, attention to detail, modern rooms, closer to eateries, kind personnel, 0 complaints ! They did not use the parking and Bfast was not included. Better than expected !
