Nice but outdated. Walls in room were partially dirty, so was bathroom floor (hair and lotion cap) Caulking in bathroom was terrible and toilet was old with the white enamel coming off on the inside. We could hear the people upstairs walking. The smell in the hallway was bad, should use some good smelly stuff for the carpet. Otherwise cleaning was good, nice variety breakfast. Staff was helpful. Not my top choice for hotel, but have been in a lot worse. Okay for the one night we stayed.

The beds are always clean and comfortable. Other than that, the entire hotel is run down and not kept. The vents are not cleaned. You can see the mildew build up on the vents and surrounding areas. Curtains torn/stained. It’s not clean behind the night stands/beds. Seems like there is no desire to make the hotel better. I stay at-least once a year. Water in the shower is not hot. Very muggy in the halls. Air would only keep to 72 and was set on 68. Food was terrible/did not look appealing. Not stocked well. Y’all can do better.

They rooms are dated but clean. The staff is exceptional! Maybelline rocks! A couple of inconveniences: the microwave door couldn't be closed or it would run. So the door stayed open and the light was on constantly. Also, the toilet seat was loose.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. This hotel is going through a name change from country inn and suites and they seem to still be transitioning from that. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast but was cooked well and serving area and eating area was very clean. They did not have customer washer and dryer set up yet, but staff allowed us to use the staff's washer and dryer.the rates are very reasonable and close to alexandria and close to restaurant awe will stay here again if we come this way again.

Our stay was okay but was disappointed that one of our rooms was not completely clean and not ready to enter for our stay. Staff was good and the breakfast was okay but the hotel needs to separate the non smoking and smoking guests rooms. We book two rooms but part of the amenities didn't work. The hotel needs to majorly upgrade for future guests

The place was clean and staff friendly. I'd stay there again. Don't book thru third party like Expedia as they don't accept it and canceled my original reservation and charged me an extra $35, not to mention that I will not get my $8.08 back at Ibotta. There is also the fact that I have to cancel the payment thru Expedia as I am now charged twice.

The water never got hot, the beds were Flintstone hard, the gym was not open, The staff was not very welcoming and rude except for James in the kitchen. James at breakfast was the nicest person you have on your staff. He is wonderful. There were very large bugs running around the hallway. There was no housekeeping at all. We had to go get our own towels and toilet paper from some little room. We will find a new place to stay when we come back next year.
