Overall fine.clean and comfortable. Resort could use some upgrades in the rooms - kitchen cabinets are old, shutters, bathrooms need a deep clean for dirty grout. Rooms have no decorations and seem very ordinary. Pools are very nice and good for kids. Uncle Tony's is decent. Sports bar menu does NOT match the ambiance at all. I expected more options and not as pricey.

While the hotel is not ocean front, this allowed it to be quiet at night and a peaceful getaway with Eagle beach and several great dining options just one block away.
