Convenient and comfortable

Loved the accommodation. Spacious, clean, and convenient. However, check-in was a little off. They didn’t send me the text with the door access code prior to check-in, so I had to get inside with another guest to go to the front desk and ask them for the code information and for my keys, which was awkward. Then all three elevators said something like “locked” on the display after we pushed the va button to go up. Had to get a staff member to unlock it or clear it. No idea what that was about. Couldn’t control the room temperature. Other than that, it was very nice, only a 10-minute, easy walk to Bridgestone Arena.

Misleading

Check in process and use of elevator was ridiculous. Required to use fob - which had repeated issues for awhile as confirmed by front desk clerk. Couldn’t get up to our room on several occasions. They also did not advise of additional resort fees and takes which added almost $85 per night!

Decent Spot

The space is basically a furnished apartment style rental. Conveniently located in the downtown area with great parking (at an extra cost). The bed was comfortable and the linens were decent but one thing I found particularly annoying was the inability to control the temperature in the room. The first day it was set at 72 or 73 but by the end of the week it was up to 75 which is not comfortable for sleeping. I understand having some controls over the thermostat so guests don’t carelessly leave it running at low temperature all day and night, but in the evening it would be courteous to permit the guests to adjust the temperature. I would not stay again unless this was addressed.

Great location!

Great location! Walkable to many places! No need for a car if you are up for easy walking! Very nice place! Secure! Convenient to airport, the Ryman Auditorium, Broadway, and Church of the City-Downtown! We walked to Whole Foods for some groceries. Enjoyed the kitchen but it needs a baking sheet/pizza pan and baking dish to be able to use the oven. The mattress was not firm so would recommend an upgrade. Overall better than a hotel! Some construction noise from across the street during the day. The pool looked nice but didn’t use it. We had some trouble with the online checkin not allowing me to take a picture of my license but the concierge of the building was able to accommodate when we arrived.

We figured it out.

The check in was kind of a pain in the butt the first time. After we figured it out it was great. The rooms need blackout curtains to make it A+ all the way. Easy parking too! Otherwise its a great property and only a block from 6th and Peabody...for those who know.

If you are checking in at night there is no help. I had added parking. The check in instructions come from the same number as the parking information. It is easy to loose track particularly when you need to download the app to park and they send you multiple messages.

Birthday trip

First time in Nashville. Close to everything! We walked to broadway and other famous places. Super close to Bridgestone Aren, we caught a hockey game. The area was safe and secured. The gym and pool area were amazing! Easy check in process. We stayed for a week, best part washing clothes the day before we left, coming home with cleans clothes.

Needs to be better

The property in it of itself was nice but our room was not. The A/C did not work at all so I put in a request but the front desk clerk stated she couldn’t get anybody to come . We tried to use the ceiling fan but it was shaking and swinging as if it was about to come off the wall. We ended up having to sleep in the living room to get a halfway good air flow but it was still totally uncomfortable. I have called to speak to management multiple times this week and still no call back. Every time I call it’s “their in a meeting” definitely disappointing for my birthday especially when you’re paying good money !

Not enjoyable

We arrived without a code. Parking was confusing. Had to ask for assistance at the desk to check in & out. Elevators to go up need code but was confusing & difficult to get access. Communication was terrible had to ask for clarification & assistance just to get upstairs. Had to use the fob to unlock & lock the door. Once inside the room was nice but bed wasn't very comfortable. You can hear outside noise from the street as well as in the hallway. Overall, was not a pleasant or enjoyable experience.

Everything was great, location, apartment, furnishings etc. only issue is the bed comforter was dirty, looks like someone blee their bose in it. Yukky! I would make sure the cleaning service does a better job at washing bedding. We had to take the comforter off amd sleep with just a sheet. Otherwise, apt was great.
