For the price, it’s hard to beat. It’s conveniently located near all the major attractions, the grounds are beautiful, and while the rooms are a bit dated, they’re perfectly serviceable; as long as you’re not expecting a five-star experience. One odd drawback: there’s almost no closet space. We ended up living out of our suitcases the entire stay.

Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was very quirky! Enjoyed the waterfall Shower. The other shower was broken (didn’t work at all!). The AC was good. Coffee machine worked well. Sadly no fridge - that would have been helpful. Breakfast not exceptional but good enough. Pool very warm and swim up bar great.

Amazing location - out in jungle living amongst the animals. We saw tons of birds, and other wildlife and had an amazing view to the Arenal volcano. Staff was helpful and friendly and the pool was nice and hot. The restaurant and breakfast was okay, but not as good as the other things.
