The location is great because it right next to the highway. The rooms, lobby, and gathering area was ver clean. The only thing that was unique is there was only one trash can located in the bathroom and it was extremely small. For a 2 day stay it was very full veey quickly.

Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Heather that worked the breakfast bar. The room was clean but very worn. The shower had hard water build that looked bad but it was clean. There was cracks in the shower wall the bathroom sink spout was very loose. The carpet was very worn. Shower door fell off. It was a place to sleep but was definitely not what I was expecting for $250.00 per night.

The hotel (including our room) was clean. The front desk agents were nice. The pillows were AWFUL!!! The breakfast attends was NOT friendly.
The hotel cannot control this, but there were guests above us who were pacing all night long.

Our toilet was plugged. The ice machine didn’t work. Heating system was loud. Bathroom off of main entrance did not lock properly so people can walk in on you. And someone let their dog poop on the side walk in front of the cars and my husband stepped in it in the dark. What a mess. Breakfast was okay but cold food.

King size bed in my room but pretty sure they tried to put on a queen size sheet. The matress was very soft and felt "broken down" the one chair in the room had several stains on it. And i killed multiple gnats or fruit flies in my room.

Won't book again.
Room wasn't ready for over 90 minutes past check in. Pools were drained which is one of the main reasons we booked the room for kids. Lastly, the front desk check in gal was so sick, she could hardly function. I really felt bad for her. No way she should have been working.

Horribly run and managed.
Two hours prior to our arrival, we got a call asking if we could stay in a king size room. We had booked two queen beds because we have four people in our family. The manager had given away our room and was trying to figure out if she could put us somewhere else. I told her we needed the two queens. Upon arrival, she offered us a king suite with a pullout couch. We decided that would be sufficient, but we didn’t realize all the things wrong with the room. The manager had informed us that the blackout blind was missing from one window, we thought we could live with that Because I would cause us to get up early in the morning. Well, we didn’t realize was the outdoor light for the hotel shined right into that window, so it was like the sun was out in the middle of the night! The pullout couch was broken, and wouldn’t come out easily. The hot tub didn’t work, nor did the printer for the hotel. It seemed like nothing actually worked as it should.

When I arrived, there was a staff member named Arielle who was supper sweet and accomadating which was my like. I dislike that the linen was dingy and dirty. I dislike that I was up at 4 am killing flying bugs and couldn't go back to sleep. Before I left, I let the lady at the counter know about my experience and there was not so much as an offer to make it right.
