The staff was not friendly. There was no basic hand and body cream in the room. The room is small, quite stuffy. The furniture is old. If you need a refrigerator, it is not there. You had to buy a bathrobe for an additional fee. Every time you left the room, you had to return to the reception to re-register the key, because the room did not open. The pool is dirty: there is fungus and dirt. The second sauna is a laughing stock: there are chairs inside, and not only your feet are freezing. The only thing: the room is clean. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. But I would like to feel like in a restaurant with music, and not in the hum of voices without a hint of music. Therefore, think carefully before booking a room here. Because there are hotels nearby with higher service, newer furniture, larger rooms, a pool and saunas.

Excellent stay for my daughter’s birthday. Staff were friendly and professional, but also made a fuss of the children and made them feel special, which was just lovely, especially for the birthday girl! Hotel was clean throughout, comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless, breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the kids loved the pool also. Overall a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
