Our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and the mattresses didn’t fit on the boxsprings. We got it super late and left early so for that purpose it was okay, would not stay there again.

The staff was good, but the WIFI was horrible. Just no good. If you want to pay extra for WIFI, they offer it over the basic. I thought my wife and were connected, but we were not. I was contacted by att later after we checked out and was notified that in three days we were there we hah used up sixty per cent of our month's GB.

The breakfast menu was just ok. The only thing really edible are the waffles because you make them yourself. The room was just what you’d expect for this rate: stale air, carpets that haven’t seen a carpet cleaner in some time and a bathroom that smelled faintly of cheese. The toilet was not entirely secured to the floor so everyone on the same floor should be able to hear it when you sit down to use it.

Disappointed

The room was very small and older. Really annoying noise in the hallway all night. Hard to sleep. Although beds were comfortable. Men had to use women’s bathroom in the lobby. I had to book two rooms at a different hotel for the last night of our stay so we could rest.

I chose this hotel because it had supposedly had an EV charging station. It did not have a charging station, so that was disappointing. I hotel is in need of upgrading. The room I had smelled old and musty. Everything appeared clean and the front desk staff was pleasant.

The area around the smoking section was littered with cigarette butts and other trash. The inside was clean and the staff was amazing. The beds and pillows were both a little to firm for our liking. We checked out two days early and was told they'd try to get a refund but I never heard anything from them. Overall Good

The fridge wasn't working they didnt even come and get the trash we had to sit the trash on the outside ofthe door.....they never did bring us towels we had to gongwt the towels.....this is my fault i should had stayed at the Hilton where i booked the room the first time....PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

Won’t Stay Again

Unfortunately, the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It was not a comfortable feeling in the room because you didn’t want to touch anything. It’s not in a good area which added to the discomfort. It was very loud even in the middle of the night.

It was okay.

Our stay was just okay. We rented 2 rooms for our 2 families. Pros: The woman who checked us in was friendly, easy to work with, and quick to accommodate us. Cons: Our rooms left a lot to be desired. They didn't feel clean. One room smelt like the previous guest had smoked but the smell hadn't fully cleared/been cleaned. (The hotel does have no smoking signs everywhere). Both rooms were also damp. Everything felt slightly moist, including the carpet and bed sheets. Not sure if it was just our rooms though.

Go somewhere else..

Check in and out was smooth. Rooms need renovating, badly. We had a burned electrical outlet near the bathroom. The carpet had multiple stains and the walls did not appear to be clean. We will not be back.
