Very nice hotel

This hotel had lovely staff who were very helpful. It’s also an excellent location for walking around. Very easy access to multiple train stations, restaurants, shopping, etc. A lot less tourists and less hectic compared to other areas. Great price. Would definitely stay here again. Also appreciated how quiet the hotel was in general.

Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here.

Good hotel to stay in Hachioji, near Keio line and a 5 minute walk to JR station. Hotel was nice and clean, but room and floor smelled like cigarettes. The hotel did not meet my expectations based on the photos and reviews I had seen before my stay. The room was extremely noisy - sounds from the corridor and neighbouring rooms were clearly audible. The worst part, however, was the constant noise from the laundry room, where washing machines ran every evening and throughout the night. Even though the laundry room wasn’t directly adjacent to mine, the noise carried easily and completely ruined my sleep. The room itself was fairly clean, but there were visible signs of previous water damage, including patches of mold on the wall. The bed was acceptable - slightly softer than a typical Japanese mattress, yet still much firmer than what one would expect in most Western hotels. The staff were friendly and spoke basic English, and the breakfast was good, though it lacked variety from day to day. Overall, the hotel feels in need of a thorough renovation. Had I seen realistic photos of my actual room - rather than the polished ones on the website - and known about the persistent noise from the laundry room, as well as from other guests, I would definitely have chosen a different place to stay.
