Absolutely wonderful staff! From front desk to restaurant to house keeping everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, Moroccan fare, but during our stay every morning it was different. Riads are definitely the way to stay in Marrakech and Angsana is the place. Location is also very good, 5 min walk to Bahía palace, 10-15 to the Jema el Fna. Do take their transfer service when arriving, they will have staff waiting at the parking lot and guide you to the riad (and carry your luggage) - it’s difficult to find at first, easy when you have been there once

Friendly reception

The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc.

Amazing experiences. The location is excellent. I wouldn't have stayed anywhere but this area. Jma el fna and all major souks amd attractions are all walkinh distance. The riad itself was beautiful and super clean, the breakfast was really good too. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging taxis for us when we needed and also answering any other questions we had. Would recommend to anyone visiting marakkesh

Beautiful Riad experience. Very quiet and staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to all restaurants, shops and museums / attractions. Did not compromise on comfort, style and premium-ness for the sake of staying in a Riad in the Medina. Many great home goods and rug shops around the corner. Visit Mohammed just down the corridor of the Riad. He’s such a lovely man and very reasonable and fair pricing for rugs & ceramics. I will 1000% stay here again!
