Turned out to be quite good. Relatively new. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Only issue for us is the room is a bit dark, but maybe it's ok for others. And we wish the common area could be used a lot longer at night. Good hotel for those that are in a mid budget. Also quite accessible to a lot of buses.

BED BUGS!!!

Do NOT book to stay in this hotel. Our friend had bed bugs all over her legs and the hotel refused to offer a refund when we left the hotel to find another one. Do NOT book this hotel or with Hotel.com who also refused to offer a full refund for the stress and tear and trouble that the travelers all suffered.

Great stay overall. The building doesn’t look like a hotel, to be honest but the room was clean and it was pretty comfortable. Somehow this hotel directly charged us in Taiwanese currency (not by Expedia in USD) so you better use any credit card that doesn’t charge any foreign transaction fee.

The hotel is walkable to taipei main station and ximending area. Restuarants, coffe shops and convenient stores near by. Room is clean. There are soft drinks and coffee complimentary in the lobby area. Overall, I'm happy with the hotel

The host at the lobby was really really friendly and always made sure we were having a good time and a good stay. They asked about our itinerary and recommended us places to visit or food to try even outside of Taipei area, according to our itinerary. Chilling at the lobby area truly felt like home with how welcoming they were. The stay at the room was also really comfortable, it had a great shower and a really comfortable bed.
