8/10 Very good

I really enjoyed my stay at this property, it is in a fantastic location that is very accessible

We will definitely stay again.

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located. Walking distance from several places of interest as well restaurants and caffès and well connected in terms of public transportation. A handwritten note in the room as a welcome is a really nice detail, specially if you’re 7 thousand km away from home
Sandra, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

While the location and was good, the “upgrade” room was overall a bit dingy-and, quite frankly-the two twin beds that were pushed together to make a double was completely unsleepable. Add in that I could not get housekeeping to service room for over two days and it just wasn’t worth it. Too many other options out there.
Michael, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in a great location close to the trams. Rooms are clean but very small. There is a self service breakfast for an additional fee of 17 Euros. Lots of pastries, fruit, meat, cheeses, and scrambled eggs. Chef who served breakfast was not friendly, maybe because the hotel seems short staffed. One day I arrived one hour before breakfast ends, they were out of scrambled eggs and was told he wouldn’t make any more. Overall ok.

6/10 Good

Hotel has a great lobby and amazing staff they were so helpfull. The only let down, was the rooms in the roof on the 3rd floor and it was unbearably hot even with windows left open all day and night

The hotel that gives

I really loved the property and the location. The staff was amazing. No, was never the answer. Samatha, Katrina and Rodrico is the staff that can make any hotel stay a home. They should all be promoted. I will be staying again very soon
Craig, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely staff! Walking distance to Albert Cuyp market, heneiken experience and many more. A bit far from the red light district and other attractions
Maureen Louise, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room is ten times smaller than you think.
Emma, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

loved the location as its easy to trams and metro, the hotel lobby lounge area is chic and allows room to relax and chill as well for business work. Just the price is a little high during exhibition time, 400 usd per nt. for a pretty small double room.

Couples weekend trip

From check in to checkout, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfy. Not the largest but for the price really can not complain Decent location, right next to the market on a Saturday Would happily return

Extremely tiny room. Good location, great staff
ALBALUCIA, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

We was told parking for £40 euro when the car was finally drop they telling us we own them £50 euro
Ashley, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Small rooms, but nice & trendy finish. Very friendly staff!
Alexa, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Not worth the price...

The location is great, walking distance to attractions and also very close to public transportation. However, for the price, I was expecting more. The room was tiny and the building is old. Also, the room was scruffy. I had to sleep with my earplugs on and the room temperature was not even (cold at night and hot during day time). This is more like budget hotel, but the price was not...
Virpi, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

THE DESK STAFF WERE GOOD AND HELPFUL BUT WE FOUND DURING THE 3 NIGHT STAY THE ROOM WAS NOT GETTING CLEANED UNTIL WE HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE DESK STAFF AT 4:00PM WHEN WE RETURNED TO THE HOTEL EACH AFTERNOON, THEN HAD TO WAIT SOME TIME BEFORE THE ROOM WAS CLEANED SO WE COULD ENTER. THE ROOM WE HAD WAS NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE/EXIT DOOR OF THE HOTEL BLOCK AND DOOR SLAMMING WAS DISTURBING LATE AT NIGHT AND VERY EARLY MORNING.
MICHAEL, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great staff, perfect location just outside the busiest part of the centre. Really close to museums and lots of metro choices if you don’t want to walk. We loved this place
Anna, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Ok but unsure if it's worth the cost?

Business day - hotel is very expensive for what you get. Small cold rooms and breakfast ok but too expensive for what it was. Could do with some paint in places. Lovely staff though.
James, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Rude employees in the front desk, not helpful. Very slow, and not attentive. You feel like a burden coming in. Breakfast was awful. Rude man rolling his eyes at me when I said I wanted Orange juice. Cold eggs, cold scrambled eggs. Silverfish in the bathroom. Bed was awful. Cheap. Cold room. Potentially the worst hotel I have been to, and I have thousands of them…..
Lasse, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was clean although quite small. Staff were very friendly
Sarah, 3-night trip
