I checked in, and immediately I had to leave (check out) the hotel. Because the hotel is in a horrible condition, and I felt endangered and scared. The room and the hotel in general was extremely unclean. The hotel owner(?) told me to cancel, and I shall get refund except one night. At this point, I no longer care anymore. Because I felt I had to leave(run away) right away or immediately. Please I must recommend you remove the hotel out of your network for your own reputation. The hotel is located in the bad location, and conditions and services are really bad. You will definitely feel you are unsecured at one of the dangerous places.

Toilet didn't flush, there was gangsters asking us for drugs and it looked like it was not even in business.

The room was clean, comfortable bed. Sink faucet shoots water directly at you if you are not careful. Place needs renovation. Smells old and dingy. Parking is unsafe, it looks like a homeless encampment. I had to park my car a block away a the nearest shopping mall. I will not be staying here again.

Unsafe. Strange looking people hanging out. Things broken in the room, brick in the room, asked for the hottub no tub at all, leaks on the second floor, tools out everywhere. Mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night. It was our wedding night we were exhausted so we stayed only stayed a few hours after we had that mirror fall we left. Parking is hard to get in and out and that is scary.

Your manager was pleasant and understanding but your housekeeping manager was horrible. According to ADA, im only required to state if my animal is a service animal and what he is trained to do. Instead i was made to bring a note from my doctor which violates HIPPA, your housekeeping manager was always giving mean stares at me and my animal and made it clear she was not happy i had my service dog with me. Overall, room was comfy and nice. There are permanent guests and on saturday evening, police came due to domestic abuse.
