The hotel cancelled my rooms the morning of my travel, sharing there was an authorization error. As soon as I got the email I reached out to the hotel to solve the issue of why my rooms were cancelled the staff member explained they were booked and could not accommodate me and my party. Just after two minutes of her cancelling my room she then stated they had a member stay over so my room was taken already. So to make a long story short don’t stay at this hotel because if someone chooses to extended their stay you’ll be out a room if they’re book.
