I don’t understand the concept of paying for parking at a hotel I’m already paying to stay at. The tv wasn’t working and nobody came to either fix or replace it. No communication to the problem either. No ice bucket in the room. Ice machines not working but I was given ice from the kitchen in a laundry bag. The ac compressor was so loud outside of our room that we maybe got 3 hours of sleep. I do not recommend this place at all

Our room was right in front of the outdoor basketball court area--the lights for the court stay on all night, which makes it difficult to keep the room dark at night, even with the blackout curtains.
