Bugs found in bed

Two bugs were found on the pillows and one found in the bed. The bugs were small and did not look like bed bugs but did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed and used the pullout to sleep on. Other then the finding of the bugs the rooms were very clean and well maintained.

We checked in fine, our room had stains on carpet in few areas looked like blood possibly. Alarm started going off and it was unreal, the loud sound was crazy loud, lasted 20 minutes or more. the sink in bathroom had a crack through it. No water pressure in the shower, was very disappointed in the room overall.

Staff were friendly, but the property didn’t feel safe — guests in and around the property were drunk and high, police were in the parking lot for an extended period, and our room smelled bad. Pool was tiny, had no seating, and no towels despite asking. Good location, but I wouldn’t recommend for families.
