The front desk clerk was just fine although I was very disappointed to hear that the hot tub was not working. The hot tub was the main reason for staying there. Also, they remodeled the hotel and the room seemed very small. It was advertised as being 665 sf but it was not that large.

Also, the room was not very clean. In addition, there was only a second floor room available but there were no elevators to access it. Overall, hotel is misrepresented. Not terrible, but not great.
