This was the worst stay ever. When I arrived the staff was arguing with a guest. The room had black mold. Black mold in the shower. When you turn the air on - you can smell it. I woke up and my entire face was swollen.
The bathroom fan was ripped from the ceiling. There was literal black curly hair on the walls in the bathroom. The stove was burned and had wires exposed. There was weed smells everywhere. My key card stopped working 3 times after I checked in. Everytime I had to get a new one - at least 3 people were there for the same thing - their key card stopped working. The girl at the front desk took 15-20 mins breaks every hour. They closed a gate at the desk after 10 and we had to wait. When I asked for a new room - I was told there was none. We could not move. We were forced to stay and told the manager who could issue the refund wasn’t in until Monday. while I was talking to her - another staff and a different guest got into it. The staff also allowed one man to sit in the hallway stairs and the the front lobby and blare his heavy rock music so loudly you had to almost yell to talk. He just sat there and the staff said “yea he can stay”
