Great hotel and in a good location.

8/10 Very good

The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Only drawback was that the Tram literally stopped in front of our window which was loud for a majority of the night. Had we been ion the other side of the hotel, I imagine it would not have been as loud.

Great stop over before leaving to the Dublin airport the next day. Room was a little dated with the decoration and style, but spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Restaurant was yummy and comfortable. Right next to a shopping area. Easy to park car.

Car park below hotel is free which is great as can get up the room level in lift. Pleasant reception and housekeeping staff. Comfortable bed and handy table, cabinet, wardrobe in a large room. TV with great choice of channels. Bathroom tidy with good shower. Incredibly handy for tram into dublin, and to the local large Dunnes and Tescos. Lighting in bathroom not the best. Tired bedside cabinets. If I were to be wanting to visit a suburb of Dublin again I’d use here.

Room spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly! The onsite restaurant and bar is a nice plus, after a busy day sightseeing. The only recommendation would be for the front desk wood be refinished. Our first impression at 6 am checking in was oh no this is a run down hotel, it definitely is not. First impressions matter, maybe a re stain is in order. Definitely would stay here again!!! Good value too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, just opposite The Square and right beside the Luas stop. We stayed overnight for a show in the 3 arena...literally door to door service on the Luas!! Staff were super friendly. The bedroom was spacious with large comfy bed. Breakfast at 12.50 was excellent value and the fresh fruit salad was the best I've ever had. We will definitely be back again!
