The facility was under construction, but no communication was provided beforehand regarding this. Staffing was limited which was unfortunate for them because we were there for a dance competition and the hotel was completely booked. Staff couldn't handle the volume, didn't know how to work the POS system, make drinks in the restaurant, split checks, the list goes on. Due to the construction, water was cold, toilets weren't flushing, showers weren't working, etc. Planning could have been a whole lot better.
