Nice staff, clean room, good breakfast. The breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they don't provide an in-room coffee maker. That's an important amenity because people like to have their first coffee in their room. No one likes to stumble down to the lobby in pajamas for their first coffee of the morning. If the hotel provides that one missing amenity, I'll give them a 10 out of 10.
