I asked for the top floor, away from the elevator, as my son is special needs and has trouble sleeping with any noise. I called the hotel before we left Charleston, day of check in. We were not put on the top floor. The front desk woman changed us to the top floor. Upon arrival late that evening, the front desk man said we were changed to the 2nd floor. I was VERY upset, as I checked that morning. He blamed the woman I spoke with that morning. My son barely sleep, so neither did I nor his sisters. The next morning the front desk woman told me she was very upset over our being moved and said the man we checked in with had moved us himself. It was a horrible night. Also we paid for breakfast and it was absolutely horrible and they had run out over an hour before the breakfast was supposed to end!
