Some of the staff were extremely helpful/nice and others…not so much. There were used condoms in the pullout bed when we opened it and a wrapper fell off behind it on the floor. The door to our room had damage near the handle that looked like someone had jimmied the door open before, so we were a little nervous staying in that room. The bathroom door lock/handle had visible damage upon arrival and the handle locked while no one was inside, no one from the staff was able to get it opened until AFTER we had checked out—before we left they said they would call to let me know and would mail anything that was found inside, but they never called, so we rearranged our driving plan to stay local an extra day waiting on a phone call, that never came…we went back around 5 pm and they said they were able to get the door open and that there wasn’t anything found inside. The other two beds as well as the bathroom, seemed clean enough.

The room had not been cleaned. I carried out the wet, dirty towels from the previous occupant and stripped the stained bedding off the beds. The floors weren't vacuumed, and I threw away the old beer bottle caps. Their breakfast was about 50 percent empty. The food containers were present but empty. The pool was out of order. The front desk was not staffed at check-in. We were provided no bedding for the pull-out couch, and after repeated requests, they brought sheets but no blanket. We used a blanket from the car for my children. I have never had a worse stay anywhere. We obviously changed our reservation for the duration of our trip.

The hot tub was freezing cold. There were no pool towels on the shelf. There was used dirty towels on the shelf and in the piol area, along with empty cups and trash left behind by other guests.

The floors in the bathroom and the whole building is lending the hot tub was cold the coffee was cold and the other pot they brought out looked and tasted like color water breakfast was a complete joke you would think for 200 a night you could get good breakfast and level floors elevator looked like someone was caught in there and trying to claw their way out.. night staff was so rude and very unhelpful . There is no water in the rooms for coffee you have to buy it for 4.00 a bottle then the coffee pots didn’t even have the equipment to make coffee rooms were so dirty I’m hoping I didn’t get bed bugs or some kind of fungus on my feet like I said for 300 a night you would think it would be top of the line should of stayed at motel 6 for 70 a night and had better breakfast and coffee and they give you more sugar and creamer if you ask.. so so so not worth the money DO NOT STAY HERE!! So much better places and a a lot cheaper I had two room which coast 1200 for 2 nights thinking we were goi if to have. Really nice stay that was not the case I asked for a refund and was denied or at least a cheaper rate due the whole experience and was denied and treated rude do not recommend this place AT ALL!!

The room was clean but is clearly in rough shape. We have frequented this hotel for the last 10 years and something has happen. The door was damaged from an obvious break in. Roaches. Grout missing from the floor tiles. Tub was in rough shape. Also when we arrived they didn’t honor our hotel.com reservation.

The room was not bad but the microwave had not been cleaned inside and the bathroom was not spotless. The breakfast was very poor in comparison to other Choice hotels we have stayed in. Check in was long as only one girl was working and there were large quantities of rooms being checked out to sports teams . She was great but she needed help Not her fault but staffing issues perhaps . And more help needed when it is a busy weekend for sure

I waited over 45 minutes to check into my pre payed room! Room was not very clean and had a bad odor. The shower mechanism was loose and controlling the temperature was difficult! Pool area had rust on the floor. My granddaughter cut her toe on a broken tile on the floor of the pool area. The jazzuci was green! Breakfast of out of waffle batter, out of yogurt and we arrived an hour before it closed. I have stayed here several times in the past few years but we will not stay here in the future!

The location was fine, but the staff was busy. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. We called them for sheets but they didn't bring them. We called a second time and that's when they brought them. The room smelled of previous guests and the bathtub needs remodeling. There were several things to keep in mind. Overall, we were able to spend the night, but it wasn't comfortable with those details!

This was one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. The hallways had an odor specially the 2nd floor, so bad. The bathtub is peeling and stained the bathroom door hinges are covered in rust and corrosion. So gross.
