Great location and excellent value for money. About 8 mins walk to the mrt, a seven eleven on the corner, a huge shopping mall across the road with a cheap food court and other restaurants. Staff at the hotel were always polite helpful and friendly.

It’s a budget 3 star property so all in all it’s ok, rooms are old and dated now but very clean and ok for what it is, biggest let down was the breakfast , it’s awful, very limited selection and pretty poor quality. I stayed here previously and it was much better,

Booked a newly renovated room, hard to believe that’s what we got. No bum gun in toilet, only cold water in shower, extremely overdose of air freshener in room, not very friendly welcoming or check out.

I have stayed here many times as I like the location; near MRT Lumpini. The breakfast was good each morning with both some western and Thai food choices. Prior to covid, the breakfast buffet was amazing! It is much smaller now and I hope as tourism grows, the buffet will return to what it once was. Nice staff, poor water pressure in showers, nice roof top pool and sauna is now closed. I will stay here next trip!

My stay in the hotel was terrible, it is very old and you can see it everywhere. My shower didn't work and despite complaining several times there was no improvement, there was also a construction site on the ground floor that caused a lot of noise for days, so I left early without getting a refund.

Very comfortable hotel. In house restaurant good with reasonsble prices. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Less than ten minutes to beach. The hotel is in the middle of the gay area with many, bars nightclubs and restaurants nearby. Night market is a 15 minute stroll. The room however was always quiet. The swimming pool was very clean and well kept and a decent size.there is supposed to be a balcony but it was so small you could not really use it

The hotel is near by 7-Eleven. ❎ We stayed for 2 nights, there was no available parking slot indoor. We had to park the car outdoor (38°c). The smell in Lobby area was not fresh.
