Myself and my husband have stayed here several times before and always enjoy our stay. It is convenient to the airport, Swords, north Dublin area. The staff are always lovely and the rooms are clean. I did notice an unpleasant smell on the ground floor near the vending machine just before the corridor to the rooms - I'm guessing some sort of plumbing issue. This is the only place that the smell was though, and the room corridor and room itself were totally fine. I didn't get to use the leisure facilities or eat on site this visit but have eaten there before and it was lovely.

Room amenities are ok, though a few updated sockets wouldn't go astray, or slightly better lighting (tricky with high ceilings and an older structure). Breakfast was very nice and to order. No airport shuttle although it was one of the highlighted features, and main reason why I had booked the room. Restaurant food and service were good and the night porter was helpful. Room is outdated, the phone didn't work, tv was plugged out, and when the heating turned on, there was a loud dripping noise. The service from all staff was attentive and polite, apart from the receptionist. If it wasnt from the initial contact with reception, I would have left happy given the price paid. The main issue was because when I asked about the shuttle, I was told bluntly that it hadnt been in operation since covid, six years ago. I then asked what takeaways would deliver and she said they don't allow takeaway into the hotel.
