We had an amazing stay at our hotel in Pigalle! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location couldn’t have been better—surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and just a short walk to many of Paris’s top sights. What we loved most was that while we were close to all the main attractions, the neighborhood still had a local, authentic feel. Pigalle has its own charm and energy, and staying here gave us a more genuine Parisian experience. Highly recommend!

I would never recommend this property to anyone. If you plan on staying here and would like to get any sleep this isnt the hotel for you. The noise outside because of the jazz bar across the street and inside is horrible thanks to the paper thin wall. Plus the elevator is extra small. Transportation to the airport is ridiculous so make sure you book reservation. I will never stay here ever again not even for free. Stay at your own risk

Overpriced hotel and you hear the metro

I paid for a premium room and was put on the 1st floor which was right above the metro line. As a result, every 3/4 minutes you would hear the subway and the room would vibrate a bit. For over €200 per night this should not be happening - especially when they don’t tell you before booking.

Husband and I spent 3 days in Paris. This Hotel was a great location for us. We could walk to Montmarte, was a great smash burger place 2 doors down, easy walk to Pigalle metro stop. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff

Me and my friend stayed for 5 days at Sonder and the hotel was so clean, the room was a good size with the option for a cleaning service. The bed was also very comfortable, perfect after a day of walking around in Paris. The convenience of this hotel was perfect with a 3 minute walk to the metro station and restaurants all around. The staff here were also very friendly and advised us on places to go throughout our trip with events that were happening. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Paris!

I was extremely disappointed in how old & dated the hotel was. The curtains in my room were falling off, had holes in them & they did not fully close. The bathroom was dated & all the pictures on Expedia were NOTHING like the actual hotel. Hallway carpet was old & had stains. This indeed is misrepresentation. I have never checked out of any hotel after 1 night however I had to as I was woken up by construction at 8am which was an additional frustration. I have stayed in a couple of Sonder hotels in the past & had no issues however this one is definitely a false version of the glossy images on Expedia. I also asked for a refund or for at least payment via Expedia one key cash for the 2 nights I could not stay in that hotel due to the awful conditions & all I was only offered a $40 voucher. Such a waste of money & time. I do not recommend!

Nice hotel located by the foot of Montmartre only a stone's throw from the closest Metro, Moulin Rouge, bars and restaurants. Welcoming, helpful, and service-minded staff. However, the reception was not always manned and a room for luggage storage was unavailable. The bags were just left unguarded by the reception desk.

Great location, cleans, but room 12 is in front of the hotel on a busy street so lots of noise until the bars and restaurants close. Also the illuminated lights in the front leak light into the room and the curtains do not cover the entire window. The room could you a freshen up.

Good location and clean. Staff was a bit questionable. Asked for late check-out with two of the staff members. We were told that it was fine and that no fee was needed. The day we left we were told that we needed to leave immediately or incur a fee for the late checkout. The staff members never noted in our reservation that we wanted a late check-out. It was eventually cleared up but the staff is suspect at best.

Sorry to say, it’s a no from me.

The room was gorgeous, clean, bed comfortable, deep bath and staff were outstanding. The noise all night from the bars and clubs on the street outside our room negatively impacted our time in Paris. I am so disappointed to now see from previous reviews that there are earplugs and a noise machine available, this is a known issue so why not just provide it to guests, it’s pointless telling us after our trip of a lifetime has already been impacted.
