Has to check for bed bugs because the room was so dirty. Especially the bathroom shower. We decided not to use it due to its dirty condition. Smelled like smoke and was supposed to be a non smoking room. Asked to be moved and was given a stern no with a side of it not being a priority for staff.

Where to begin. The hallways, stairwell, elevator, and our room were consistently dirty. There was visible mold on the walls and door frames. The pool was full of debris — we didn’t go near it. Housekeeping never once came to our room during three nights. When we asked for fresh towels, they handed us pool towels. That says it all. The “breakfast included” turned out to be a snack bar with coffee, bread, and yogurt — nothing more. To top it off, we were denied entry at check-in due to a reservation error on their end and nearly got stranded outside the hotel. The AC was noisy, the TV ancient, and the overall feel of the place is long overdue for a refresh. There is potential here, but until cleanliness, housekeeping, and basic guest services are taken seriously, I cannot recommend this property.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Believe it or not the temp and room condition wasn't bad. AC system got the room to ideal temperature in an hour. Shower------while crude in appearance, was comfy. Bed was VERY comfortable

Bed Cozy and clean but so much odd and could hear through the door like it was paper and could see light coming in the windows incredibly broad there was no actual curtain, so there was lots of gaps. You could see right into the room. My bagel was nice, but my key card locked me out and other people definitely understaffed, which is sad but people were doing their best.

This is a last resort hotel. People partying all night,drunk and high.They appear to live there. Tv and internet don't work. Elevator doesn't work. Door not secure. Just pay more and go elsewhere.

Too many long stay customers here. Not ideal for someone looking for short comfortable stay with family. I had to change my room 2 times, 1st time leak from ceiling and had water all over my bed, second room they transferred me to had problem with AC not working and water from the tap in tub was constantly running. Breakfast was very poor quality just bread slices and bagels. No omelette, eggs, waffles, bananas or juice.

Estive no hotel de 17 a 20 de fevereiro de 2026, foi tranquilo, o atendimento da equipe é ok, mas, falta o cuidado com o local, como dedetizar o quarto, trocar o colchão, limpar o quarto durante a estadia e não só quando checkout, limpar a área comum, e como oferecem o café (não é continental, é bem simples mesmo) como opção, manter o café até o horário final. Por 2 dias o café foi encerrado as 8am, .

first impression not good. 1 guy doing it all by himself, looked overwhelmed and another guy showed up. attire was not professional at all, the property was very out dated and smelled. But the opal suite was nice. Although it wasn't cleaned very well, I had my own cleaning supplies. The kitchen had nothing at all, no soap, sponge, dishes, silverware or cups. The door in the kitchen area did not have a lock luckily I used the bar to lock it otherwise it would of just been open. the handle looked as if the lock had been tampered with or broken. and did not take the keycard to open. Carpets need a good cleaning throughout the building.

We checked out a day earlier than planned and were told we still had to pay for the second night. Please update your records to reflect that we checked out on 2/14/26 at 9:36 am and returned both key cards. The receipt provided states we checked out 2/15/26 which is not accurate. If the room 317 is booked/used by another client, please reflect that we didn’t not stay the second evening. The print out provided was dated today 2/14/26 as our proof we didn’t not stay overnight on 2/14/26. We checked out early because of roaches in the room, a woman screaming outside at 3:13am, for 45 minutes and pounding on the door next to us to Let her in, the room was not clean, nor were the sheets. The check in and checkout staff were not attentive or helpful. At checkout, she didn’t tell the manager that she called as to the reason for checking out early nor did she apologize for the roaches or seem to be surprised. B Kleinsorge Room 317-113403 Confirmation #70940 I would have hoped for better service, not to be ignored when checking in, being told that two towels were enough, disregard when checking out early or caring about killing roaches in room.
